Chef –owner Hans Richel’s insistence on a constantly changing menu gives full rein to his creativity and ensures that there are always delicious surprises at De Tapperij.

Equal importance is given to seasonal variation and to home grown products. Game comes from the Veluwe region, lamb from the Beulaeker Wiede and butter, eggs and cheese from Baambrugge.  And with Scheveningen on the doorstep, the fish comes straight from the harbour.
